Welcome to Solid Comix. For those of you that don’t know me, my name is David F. Walker. As a comic book writer I’ve been fortunate enough to work for such incredible publishers as DC, Marvel, Image, Dark Horse, Boom, Dynamite, and Lion Forge. I’ve also had the opportunity to write some of my favorite characters and work with some of the best artists in the business. Now it is time to embark on a new adventure…Solid Comix. The first project from Solid Comix will be ONE FALL, a five-issue mini-series co-created by myself and artist Brett Weldele (with some help and input from writer Ted Pirro). The first issue of ONE FALL will come out in Spring 2019. Later in 2019, Solid Comix will release the original graphic novel THE HATED, by myself and artist Sean Damien Hill. Everything that I publish through Solid Comix will be financed in part through crowd-funding platforms like Kickstarter. Thanks for you interest and your support.
