Peep Game Comix and The Toledo Public  Library are proud to present The Glass City Black Comix Arts Festival (#GCBC), Saturday, February 25, 2017, from 11 AM to 4 PM, at the Down Town Toledo Library. GCBC celebrates and supports black comic book creators from around the world in their effort to tell compelling, uplifting, and fantastic stories. The Festival aims to educate all comic book fans about the amazing work available by Black Comic Artists and spread the word that all audiences deserve representation and to be present as subjects in the comic arts and popular culture.

1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Introducing comic books in the class room and at home** with Terreece Clarke (LifeSlice Media, Common Sense Media)
3 p.m.- 4 p.m. Epic 21 Card Game*:  Learn to play this original interactive card game with the creator Michael Watson (Hotshot, Legacy Rising Publishing)
Invited vendors will be on hand all day selling their books, graphic novels and more.
